Hi, I am Bri, I am 19 years old & a mother of 1.
Before i got pregnant i weighed 127lbs, my weight when i found out i was pregnant was 134lbs & my weight when i was 9 months pregnant was, 168 at the highest. After i gave birth to my daughter Ryleigh, i was able to breast feed for 3 weeks till my milk supply decreased. i lost about 40lbs and weighed about 145lbs...
I know this is a lot to take in, but i now weigh 160.. and i am super depressed about my body, my weight and this one of the hardest times i have to go through.. i have tried workout DVDs, i have asked my fiance and my mother to help support me and to motivate me to keep going, and that didn't last.. they're just too busy.. I try to eat healthy, but living in a home where nobody else eats healthy really affects me as well.. so i decided to try this website, i never heard about it, i hope it stays free so i can really try my hardest, so far not so good, but i figured the beginning was going to be the hardest! i am in need of a lot of motivation to keep me on my feet, its a lot harder to keep motivated when someone is there in your ear telling you that you can do it, but i REALLY want to try my hardest, so i will take anything from other people who want to lose weight just as bad as i do!
