Hi Melody!! I may not be a runner, but I am doing a 5k with 5 weeks of training with Spark. I am on a 5k team which sounds as if you may benefit from finding. You may just find other joggers/runners who could help you!
Welcome to the team. There is a team for starting to run a 5k which I find helpful. Also there is a couch to 5k challenge. I think it's called C25K, or something like that. Not sure of the link. Best of luck to you.

Hey y'all! My name's Melody, I'm 20, and I'm looking to get fit! I'm currently about 170-175, and I'm 5'6" tall. I work retail, 40+ hours a week, no kids, and not currently in school. Trying to hit the gym for one session a day, at least 30 minutes at a time, but it's hard. Any support would be much appreciated, I'd love to talk to someone who knows what this journey is like. Also, any runners/joggers who have tips would be AWESOME, trying to slowly but surely get into the sport. Thank you!
