Hello! New to the team. I've been trying to live a healthier life, and started tracking what I ate in May, and joined SP in June or so. I've lost 9 pounds since May, so it's coming off, but really slowly. I am a vegan, so I eat healthy foods, I walk my dogs (most days) 3-6 miles. I do yoga twice a week, but I want to add a little more.
