Right now I an looking at after preparing and using foresight to stop some of the sabotaging what do I do next. When I am in the moment and I just don't want to listen to myself!! What I did do when I felt this intense hunger was carrots then strawberries then trailmix. All eaten with water.
Changing my life one day at a time from the inside out. Remembering the basics, to set goals, plan,implement, then revise. The journey will be hard and easy but remember to HAVE FUN!!!
