Hello my name is melinda 38 yrs old marryed with 2 kids, 20 and 13 yrs old. I havecbeen on this ire tracking my activity andvit ashelped so much. I just started to exsercise 2 months ago. I have had 18 surgerys and alot of them on my knees. I have arthritis that is causeing my bones to chip off so i have for. Very long timevlet the pain control my life. But now i want to get healthy i ave so far lost 3 inches to my waist, 1 in in my arm. I ave been doing reistance band workout every morning to help loosen up and relieve the am pains. I o aerobics 3 times a Week and i walk my collage track1 mile every nite.
I have never workout beore but i was very supised at i really enjoy it. I have a few more surgerys in th future but i want, if i am able to, to work on me for the rest of the year . To loose as much weight as i can nd be as healthy as i can. But i want my life back and every day i can do just a little more. I feel better, sleep better and hen i am ask o do something i do it and give it my best shot. I have alot of fails, a lot of pain but hen my husband did my mesurments. I saw i lost 1 inch and it was a awsome day, then the next week 2 more inches!! It is a amazing feeling" I kno i will never bevperfect ut i know i will be me!! I have really enjoyed this ite and have done a lot of the workouts. Everythingbi need is here. I have been really happy with this site nd look forward to that 1st 20 lb mark!!!!
