Hello!! to Spark!! You have chosen a great start for your journey to lose! My advice? Start with one thing at a time: maybe your food tracker..Once I was able to see just what I was/was not giving my body, things seemed smoother. Hard thing for me, at first, was that I never expected that just 5 minutes of exercise would be good. A terrific place to start!! Loooking forward to sharing in our journeys!!

Hi, I just wanted to say Hi to everyone and Ive decided to take this 1st step to trying to lose weight and become part of something bigger....I would love the encouragement and I would also like to try to encourage others too....excited about being on here..If anyone has any suggestions for just starting off on this site, please let me know.
