Start with one thing at a time: maybe the Food Tracker wuld be good. I know that when I sat and looked at what foods I was putting into my body and why, it was easier getting started. When you feel like you can, start moving! Even the walk out to your mailbox is exercise! Moving even 5 min. a day will make a difference! I will add you as a friend and be helpful when I can, okay?
