That's right you are loosing weight because you ARE eating healthy low calorie foods that you enjoy and you ARE exercising routinely every week to balance out what you eat.
Think small frequent meals. I eat 1/2 a sandwich with lots of salad on it in the mornings. I break it down into two or three bites, with tea or coffee followed with my water. And as my morning snack I have carrots or strawberries on alternating days. At first it was hard. My body had to detox from processed foods and sugar. What did help was a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in the mornings and evenings. That sandwich lasts me all morning and I have a variety of other things to drink or eat with it. That's my little formula. Tweek as needed.
