I'm new first time to post,my goal is to start some kind of exercise. My problems are 2 bad knees,so walking is hard, and a bad lower back. I'm so tired of giving into my body, but on the other hand I'm self employed and stand a lot .i feel like I need to save my body for work or the bills don't get paid. I know when I loose a few lbs that will help, but what to do till then. I keep telling myself baby steps.
Amen!!! That's right you are loosing weight because you ARE eating healthy low calorie foods that you enjoy and you ARE exercising routinely every week to balance out what you eat.
Think small frequent meals. I eat 1/2 a sandwich with lots of salad on it in the mornings. I break it down into two or three bites, with tea or coffee followed with my water. And as my morning snack I have carrots or strawberries on alternating days. At first it was hard. My body had to detox from processed foods and sugar. What did help was a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in the mornings and evenings. That sandwich lasts me all morning and I have a variety of other things to drink or eat with it. That's my little formula. Tweek as needed.
Good luck:-) Hang in there.

Changing my life one day at a time from the inside out. Remembering the basics, to set goals, plan, implement, then revise. The journey will be hard and easy but remember to HAVE FUN!!!
This time I am going to do it. I am going to loose the weight, I am going to reach my goal of 22 bmi. I am going to keep the weight off and not allow it to creep back in. I am going to achieve my goals. This time I am going to use Spark to get encouragement when I need it most. A big thanks to all those that are going to help me get to my goal.
