I know exactly what you mean. I just started 10 days ago and am finally fiiguring out the site. The best advice I was given was to start slow and just surf around and find what is useful or interesting to me. Also to try a few really small changes...like drinking 8 glasses of water and charting what you eat. Otherwise it is overwhelming. There is a lot of encouragement available in the blogs, success stories, articles on secrets of successful weight loss etc etc etc etc. If you haven't tried the Getting Started tab, that's a good place to begin. Hang in!!! We all want you to achieve your goals.
