You are doing a great job, and it is very encouraging to read about people who are having successes and have a great attitude. I am 48 years old (wow, I can hardly believe that) and I know how hard it gets to lose weight the older I get. I was about 151 lbs almost two years ago, and lost a bit before I found SP. At that point I was 139 and set my goal as 120. I actually made it to about 122, but never yet to 120. I am not sure if that is realistic for me. Last week I weighed in over 130 again, after a holiday, and am slowly getting that back off again. It is a slow process for me, and one that takes a lot of patience and ups and downs. I did not get overweight and unhealthy over night, so it will take a while for me to learn new habits. Sounds like you are doing some wonderful things. Keep up the great work. Very proud of you.
