Hi Linda and to Spark and the team! You've picked a terrific way to start your journey! Add 5 minutes of exercise, or at least moving, each day. Don't start doubling your time until your body is ready! It is very important not to make your body do what it isn't ready for! If all you can manage to do is the walk to your mailbox, do that. You just might do it in 7min. but even if it is jus 4, start with that.
