You have chosen a wonderful team to start you off on your newest journey! Just 5 minutes a day..even if all you can do is the walk to your mailbox. Does it take you 10min.? Maybe it is in your front door..so only 1--pretend to walk out to your box! Any movement that is purposeful will count as 5!
