Hi am really looking forward to the challenges. Hoping they will help me stay focused. I am pretty sedentary so getting up and moving for 5mins will help motivate me to keep moving. About me: I have 2 kids a boy 6 and a girl 2 I am a stay at home mom with a skinny husband who is always gone (cant stand to sit still I on the other hand do not have that problem..lol) I like to cookand love to eat. But I am changing my diet and my menu. (Not telling the hubby about the change hes a meat and potatoes kind of guy) I hope I can sneak it in and he'll fall in love with it.. lol
Rather than aiming for being perfect, I just aim to be little bit better today than I was yesterday.
