Been on SP for about a month and am doing pretty good I lost 13 lbs so far which is amazing to me. About the time I started I also stopped smoking and then found out I have mild emphensensa. So I have to start off a lot easier on exercising than I was hoping I could. So this team and challenges are great. I have a hard time doing the strentgh or streaching exercises so this will get me on line to actually doing that.
