Hello and welcome!! emoticon I have started SP a little over a week ago 6.7.12. I have found this SP to have wonderful help with uplifting motivation, resources with great information at your finger tips. Start out at your own speed and educate your self with as much info available and am very sure others who suffer with RA will be there for great advice. All the best friend!

Welcome....I am 65, try to stay motivated and exercise everyday.....sometimes only for a few minutes...but i feel every little bit counts! Keep up the good work emoticon

Believe in yourself and you can lose it!!!!

emoticon to both Spark and the team! As you said, you can put yourself out for 5 min. You suffer Rhum. arthritis so just don't start big! Hi Everybody
I am 60 years old and I live in France.
I am THE Miss Flabby.
Any sort of exercise would help me but I have Rhum. Arthritis so it is difficult
but I could put myself out for 5 minutes which I am sure it would help.
Dreaming of being Miss France one day so keep the exercises coming.
