Hi and welcome back. I too get caught up in the spark points thing. But now I am trying to get more points by tracking (which is good) and exercising (which is also good). Best of luck and welcome to the team.

Hi, I'm Janna and have been with SP before but got to where it was more about seeing the amount of daily points I could get rather than my health. Coming back with a new attitude and for me not anyone or anything else. Ready for the challenges daily and to take them on. emoticon
