I make a daily list of what I want to accomplish. I send it to a Spark friend. At the end of the day I send the list back with done or not done next to each item....makes me accountable and works for me!!!!!
I did the same thing as RDGISME. It IS working for me too. Your knowledge is now what will help you go far. Tracking your food is key too. Join in on challenges. They will eventually become habits. Don't expect instant results.

I also am at a point of not losing while having the knowledge of what to do. I make excuses to not exercise also, but after putting my exercise goals public and on my Spark Page, I am now commited to my Spark Friends and not just myself. This does actually help. Give it a shot!!
I have been trying to lose weight for quite sometime now and I really I feel that I should'nt be in this predicament because I have a lot of knowledge in this area. I believe that I am lazy and allow myself to come up with excuses as to why I am not going to excercise today. I think I need a partner that will be committed with me. HELP!
