I just wanted to introduce myself to the Spark group! Okay, so this has to be that __th time that I have tried to get back into being fit. Last time I did this, I got down to 126! That was mainly due to eating healthy, noting what I ate, and working out.
Now, I am almost 153 and am feeling really crappy about myself. I am looking for some support from like minded people. The hardest thing that I am finding right now is that I tend to eat a lot of junk when I come home from work and way too late, at that.
