5 minutes is a great way to start. When I fall off the wagon I restart with 5 minutes, then I increase to 2 five minute a day sessions. Pretty soon I am doing more. This system works for me

I want to lose weight and exercise more, but I need support from others. I am 68 years old and in fairly good health, but can't seem to keep motivated for the long haul.
