Hi SlimingIrene and to Spark and the Team!! You're right: it is hard to lose weight but you have just made you're journey easier. By joining us here, on Spark, you have enlisted in more support, motivation, inspiration and guidance than you may have ever thought possible! I haven't gotten to my goal yet, but have kept 60lbs for 2 years and it has not been as difficult as I thought it may be. Start out by using your Food Tracker! If you are brutaly honest with yourself by including absolutely everything that passes your lips, you will then be able to see just why your current diet isn't working. I don't mean a diet you would follow, either. I mean your diet of the foods you are eating: dairy, carbohydrated, fat, veg & fruits and proteins.
