I am excited to be part of the group. I am at my heaviest weight and looking forward to more flexiblity and creating fun ways of moving more. Also the health aspects. There are some great inspirational people sharing ideas on these sparks pages.
My biggest challenge recently is portion control. So this weekend I am planning on creating a convenient location in the kitchen for food scale & measuring spoons & cups etc. Those things were buried in the cabinets somewhere and I do not like taking them out each time I need them. Funny how using them for awhile makes eyeballing or guessing easier to do and then before you know it you are on the slippery slope with larger portions. Back to better habits.
The other challenge for me is evening snacking. I still would like an evening snack it just needs to be something other than ice cream, kettle corn, or candy. So I am working on this new challenge and creating options that are easily available.

I can do this. You can do this. We can do this. One pound, one step at a time. Setbacks are normal. Just get back up and kick some butt. Challenge yourself to be the best you have ever been.
