Welcome.....again. I also joined three times, maybe four, before I got serious about changing my lifestyle. I totally understand eating what everyone around you is eating. That is when I find it hard to resist. My husband is lean and can eat anything in sight. He often brings junk food into the house, I can't resist it a lot of the time. I also know that when I am down on myself and beating myself up for not "getting life right" I don't take good care of myself. So, for me, the secret is to make sure I am in a healthy place of self-love and self-acceptance. Not always easy to do. Best of luck to you!!

Im joining for the 3rd time. I suffer with arhtritis and depression. I love healthy foods but also crave junk foods. Haven't met many foods I don't like. I gained 10 pounds over the winter months eating what my kids eat and staying inside during bad weather. Quite the bummer as I had been the same weight for almost ten years and was not satisfied but comfortable with it. Staying on track is quite the challenge especially at night when I'm used to having a sweet snack before bed.
