I'm new here, too. Been working Spark for a few months and have lost weight, but I have just started to exercise after a back injury. Just can't seem to get going again! 5min. a day will be such a boost! I really would love some tips....

New here. I'm a 48 yo woman looking for challenges on here. I have been on sparks for 3 weeks now have been doing 30 mins of cardio and 15 min of strength training daily and am dieting. I have a few health conditions which have lead me to begin ev=xercising agin, one being emphysema and asthma. I have to say my breathing has been much better since exercising.
