Welcome to the team. Just try to come up with little challenges. For me if I push myself too quickly, I would just get discouraged. But everyone is different and their level of motivation is different. I was a total couch potato, and I had to change how I ate/drank first and then I slowly started adding the exercise. Good luck!

i have been on sparkpeople for about 6 weeks. have been delaying coming up with a fitness plan. but now i am going to get serious. i realize i need to just suck it up and do it. so this is my first step to doing exercise besides walking.
