I have 4 fused vertebrae and a hip joint replacement. I do the workouts that I am able to do without stressing my low back or hp joint. I also do the chair workouts.
I am loosing weight. It is slow since I am also caregiver to my Mom who lives with us so time is precious.
So the answer is Yes..........Go For It

I find it very difficult to exercise. I have severe degenerative disc disease, steel plates, pins, and screws in my ankles. Do I have to exercise for this diet to work?
