I just joined today. I have completed the Spring into Shape and working on the 10 minute daily Exercise for two weeks. I want to challenge myself with an additional 5 minutes a day and felt this challenge would be great.

My goal is to eat healthier and exercise more. I feel if I accomplish these two things that the weight will come off. I have already lost 20 lbs and need to lose an additional 30 to 40 lbs.

Since becoming active in SP I have realized that I did not put the weight on overnight and it is not going to come off overnight. I have to be the one to make the changes and commitment. However, when things come up I just need to continue and not quit. That has really been a problem for me as I have a tendancy to be a perfectionist and if I can't do something properly I either don't do it or put it off. I love the 10 and now the 5 minute challenges because I know I can work that into my day.

As Reba says -- I am a "modern country woman," . I am as comfortable at a rodeo or on Rodeo Drive.

Reba: "Work hard. When you're done with that, continue to work hard."

Zig Ziglar - "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
