I agree I used to journal and stopped but I am back at it now, and am using the one provided here.

Sometimes I don't eat something because I don't want to journal it LOL

Tracking (journaling) what you shove into your food hole is the best first step to getting the discipline needed to see your heart-healthy weight loss goals to the end. Be forewarned: it takes patience and guts to be truly consistent writing down EVERYTHING you eat!!

My dietitian recommended I join to track what I eat. My test results will be put on the forum.

My challenge is to stop eating junk food when I get home. My wife is thin and we have a lot of chips, cookies, candy and ice cream in the house and when I am home I eat them.

GNC put me on heart health supplements so we will see if they work for me.
