I have been exploring and learning throughout April on this website - and am very impressed. I am a little nervous about making a commitment ..... for many reasons. 1) what if I fail? everyone will see and my superwomen facade will be wrinkled - and that's been happening a lot to me lately. 2) I am travelling for 3 weeks at the end of May, so very uncertain what I can actual commit to. 3) and finally, I do not know what realistic goals are for fitness as I haven't ever set them before. I am going to do it anyway - I am hoping this daily challenge will be doable while I am away from home, and at least get me started.....what else can I do?
