Bookworm, Thanks!! Not used to trying to keep track of my water in take!But my main down fall is the carbs that I eat.Yes I did eat a bag of popcorn but I found I was as hungry this afternoon and if I am nibbling on another carb I have been finding ways to get myslef busy and drink more water. I was pretty sick last week but doing better.Aslo haven't been able to give up my snickers treat but I have been really wanting it.Last night it was eitheir the cheese bread or the ice.The icecream won but I am now questioning my food choices.
