Remember too, that it took 9 months for that baby to grow inside you. Your body had several changes to make. Give yourself, and your body, a break and understand that you ARE making progress. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the baby weight didn't go on in a day...it is natural - even normal - for your body to need a little extra time to find balance again.
Smile, and remember, the baby is more important than the weight it brought with it. You're going to reach your goal!

Yes, I know what you mean, I have been battling to lose the weight and keep it off myself. I'm breaking down what my goals are, and working towards them. For example, like not looking at all the weight that I have to lose, but looking at the 10 lbs at a time. Sometimes, its not weight that we lose, but when we measure ourselves we see the difference in size drops~ Your doing a great job, hang in there.
