Wear clothes that fit and you won't have a "muffin top" Muffin tops are made by wearing clothes that are to small for you. Go out and buy something that fits correctly now and I guarantee you'll feel better, don't worry so much about how you look but pay attention to how you feel!

Hi and welcome to the Team! First start working out and exercising. Even if it's 5 or 10 minutes per day. Start eating healthy foods. There are plenty of DVD's on this site to workout with. Buy a pedometer and track your steps. Good luck on your weight loss journey. We are here to support and help you when you need motivation. emoticon

Hi, Im a 35 year old mother, started gaining weight after i was raped when i was 15, have tried all the diets, got a nintendo wii..even got down to 75kg!! but after meeting and marrying the man of my dreams, I just cant seem to shift this weight!! My husband is moving to OZ in April, but my daughter and I are not joining him til September/October, and I would love nothing more than for him to meet me at the airport weighing less than I did when he left!!!
Any ideas on how to lose or tone up my stubborn belly weight...or my muffin top when I wear jeans?????????
