Hi, Im a 35 year old mother, started gaining weight after i was raped when i was 15, have tried all the diets, got a nintendo wii..even got down to 75kg!! but after meeting and marrying the man of my dreams, I just cant seem to shift this weight!! My husband is moving to OZ in April, but my daughter and I are not joining him til September/October, and I would love nothing more than for him to meet me at the airport weighing less than I did when he left!!! Any ideas on how to lose or tone up my stubborn belly weight...or my muffin top when I wear jeans?????????
