I'm doing the Spark site at least 3-4 hrs everyday. It definitely keeps me motivated.

Visiting Spark People every day just from the e-mail alerts I get from the forum posts from the teams I'm in and the daily e-mails from the site force me to go to the site and then completing all the easy things to get Spark Points also helps me stay focused. Visiting the site every day is even a small start.

I think just being here in SparkPeople is getting started. Staying focused... well, just look at everyone around here! It's easier than it seems with this much support and fun attached to every click!
