Hi and welcome to the team. I agree just start slow. I started out walking sometimes it was only a block but I walked everyday. The menus on the food tracker are also a great idea. They help to figure out what a healthy diet is. I wish you luck with your weight loss journey.

Hi there...feeling yucky, huh? Spark is a great place to get help. But it can be overwhelming, there is so much to read, track and enjoy. Let it be a tool for you! My suggestion would be to just start slow. Pick a couple things to work on for a week. Maybe increase your water intake to 8 glasses a day, or maybe quit eating after 7 o'clock at night, or maybe do some exercises during commercials. Just a couple "baby steps" to get you rollin. As u progress you can track your food and your exercise to help you know your strengths and weaknesses. We can do this!!!!!

Hi all! Im super new to dieting/healthy living!! I haven't ate healthy or worked out a day in my life. Im tired of who i have become and need to change. The only problem is is that i haven't a clue where to start. I feel so overwhelmed cuz i have lots of weight i wanna lose that i feel like i don't even know where to begin.
