The first step to making good choices was coming here! You're on your way with each step forward. Even if you sometimes miss a step, it's okay, because the friends you find at SP will be there to help you get back on track for as long as you'll let them!

Hi and welcome to the Team! I know when I was in my mid twenties and had to lose some weight. Daily exercise allowed me to lose 10-15lbs. Your metabolism is still going strong so you should be able to use it. Just eat healthy foods and work out daily and you will get to your ideal weight. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Welcome to spark people! I have working on my weight and appearance for many years and I feel fantastic compared to what I could feel. You hang in there and know that you would not be here if you did not have a purpose here. Hang in there and have fun losing!

Welcome to SP and this team. You are right everyone needs to start some where.....here we know you have at least 5 minutes a day to do some exercise. That's what I like about this team....even though I do more exercise on most days I know I can fit in the 5. Enjoy your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
