Hi and welcome to the Team! I know when I was in my mid twenties and had to lose some weight. Daily exercise allowed me to lose 10-15lbs. Your metabolism is still going strong so you should be able to use it. Just eat healthy foods and work out daily and you will get to your ideal weight. Good luck on your weight loss journey.emoticon

Hi I"m Bonnie And i'm 27 and i been married 10 years and i started week or so ago and it helps . I have bipolar and my meds had alot to do with my weight gain plus i stop careing . i hope you d well

Welcome to SP and this team. You are right everyone needs to start some where.....here we know you have at least 5 minutes a day to do some exercise. That's what I like about this team....even though I do more exercise on most days I know I can fit in the 5.

i'm new, and this is the first team i've joined. i'm 25, married, and going back to school. In the past couple years I've gotten used to making unhealthy choices... and I'm putting a stop to it. I know it's going to be challenging, but we've all got to start somewhere right?
