Welcome to the team. These challenges really don't take long at all.....You probably do more exercise than you think....but we can always do more....dance with your daughter...if you hold her you are working your arms...if you make sure your core is tight you are working your abs and if you dance fast you are working you legs.....The other thing is to pick up those toys one at a time, core tight and squat to pick it up. Enjoy your journey to a healthier lifestyle and just keep moving.

i'm a 27 yr old wife and mother to a beautiful one year old girl. she is my life. i need to be healthy for her. i need to be healthy for me. we are considering having another child so i need to be healthy for the pregnancy as well. i dont get out much since its winter and cold. i need to find ways to get moving during the day. i thought this might help out a lot.
