Welcome to the team. These challenges really don't take long at all.....You probably do more exercise than you think....but we can always do more....dance with your daughter...if you hold her you are working your arms...if you make sure your core is tight you are working your abs and if you dance fast you are working you legs.....The other thing is to pick up those toys one at a time, core tight and squat to pick it up. Enjoy your journey to a healthier lifestyle and just keep moving.
