Hi and welcome. Try the apple french fries that BK has for kids. they look like fries, but are apples instead.

Welcome! I have health issues too, so I get where you're coming from.

I'm not sure how they are made or how much healthier they may or may not be-- but a greek place by me offers Eggplant fries. Maybe that'll help?

Welcome, Erin to the team. The challenges for 5 minutes might seem small or short, but believe me some days they are really a challenge to get through.
Best of luck changing the old habit of FF French fries.
I guess as long as you stay away from any FF places it could be a little easier.......have a good week. emoticon

If you have the urge for French fries try the healthy version! They are really good! Take a potato and cut it into fry size, spritz with zero calorie spray butter and bake. emoticon

My name is Erin. I have many minor health problems and need to take control of my life. I have already had a great start--I'm down 20 pounds since late april/early may. I am at plateau again though, so i need something to break me away from that. I have decided to start the lenten season early (and have it run late) as a way to break me of another habit--fast food french fries!! I'm trying to go 40 wks w/o fast food french fries. I started on Sunday (1/23) and will go until mid october. hopefully by that point, I won't be craving them anymore.
