Welcome, Erin to the team. The challenges for 5 minutes might seem small or short, but believe me some days they are really a challenge to get through. My name is Erin. I have many minor health problems and need to take control of my life. I have already had a great start--I'm down 20 pounds since late april/early may. I am at plateau again though, so i need something to break me away from that. I have decided to start the lenten season early (and have it run late) as a way to break me of another habit--fast food french fries!! I'm trying to go 40 wks w/o fast food french fries. I started on Sunday (1/23) and will go until mid october. hopefully by that point, I won't be craving them anymore.
