I agree with what everyone is saying about posting the challenges early. However, I also have a suggestions... I am new to SP and to the group. I just joined in Jan.of this year. I am still confused on where to find the chanllenges so that I can join in on them. I am also having trouble figuring out what exactly I am supposed to do in the challenges. So maybe posting and instruction on the chanenges for those of us who need a little extra help. LOL Thank you. By the way, what challenges are we doing this week. See I am helpless in keeping up with them if they are not spelled out for me. LOL
I have a question. If there is another exercise which works the same area in the challenge can it be substituted? There is a list given in addition to other exercises and videos I know which work the designated area.

When I joined this challenge, I didn't really know what I was looking for. As time passed, I found that I wanted a seated exercise to do at my desk in the morning. I saw the "Watch Video" button on my SparkPoints list and found the Seated Core Workout. It is 12 minutes and exactly the type of workout I wanted. I am sure there are many others...I just have to find them. I hope to add this video to my favorites and at least have one exercise. No sweating or disheveled hair, but I can feel results.

The whole week could probably be posted at once. Then we could copy and paste it into our own post and edit that post to reflect which exercises we did. They do this on my Walk Away the Pounds team with weekly challenges and it works pretty well.
YES! I AGREE!!! It would be beneficial to everyone if the challenges were posted a few days at a time. I realize also that we might be in different time zones, and sometimes we just don't feel well- so again it would just be easier for everyone if they were posted in list form for several days. I'm new to this challenge, so I'm not sure who (SANDTMISA?) is in charge of posting...but if you want to split the posting responsibility send me a spark mail and we can work it out. We can do this!
I agree with posting the challenge earlier, but I think it would be even better if it was posted the day before. That way, people could do the challenge as soon as they got up in the morning if they wanted to. And maybe a few days posted at a time, so less posting would be needed.
Hi, BEHAPPY0201 - I wear a dress regularly - and I clip my pedometer to my underwear. It has worked for me for quite a while now. My old one was a bit bulky but the one I have currently is flat, so it doesn't make as much of a bump. Depending on the pedometer, they can be carried in a pocket as well. Hope that helps!
Does anyone here have to dress for work and wear a pedometer? I'd like to start wearing one, but I usually have a dress on so no pants to clip it to. Any suggestions that aren't going to break the bank?
I just want someone that is trying to lose weight also that I can talk to and we can support each other when the road gets hard. What things you do for exercise besides walking. Someone that understands what I'm going through.
I need someone that is on my level or someone who was on my level that can help me be accountable and give me the right suggestions for the way I am.
So maybe people on here can have like a challenge buddy, one who either makes an added challenge to the one that was given to really push a person. Or ones that bug each other on a daily basis or something, idk lemme know what you guys think.
I wear a pedometer and am always trying to get more steps in.(I`ve never done 10,000 in one day)Here are a few suggestions that I`m going to try that I got from Prevention magazine.
Do a few laps around the perimeter of the mall or grocery store before you shop. Also walk several laps around the parking lot Jump up during commercials and march in place or do jumping jacks,squats,etc. If you have stairs at home ,go up and down several times a day.(I use my back porch as a gym in warm weather.I do burpees and step ups offf of the deck)
