I wear a pedometer and am always trying to get more steps in.(I`ve never done 10,000 in one day)Here are a few suggestions that I`m going to try that I got from Prevention magazine.
Do a few laps around the perimeter of the mall or grocery store before you shop.
Also walk several laps around the parking lot
Jump up during commercials and march in place or do jumping jacks,squats,etc.
If you have stairs at home ,go up and down several times a day.(I use my back porch as a gym in warm weather.I do burpees and step ups offf of the deck)
Love is`nt something you wait for or something that comes to you from elsewhere,but rather that it`s a behavior,a way of being in the world.
