First off take a deep breath. Once you get the hang of this site things will get easier. If you are looking fro the daily challenge on this team...1) go to the 5 Minute Daily Challenge team page. 2) scroll down to the section Challenges and Tracking 3) Find Daily Challenge thread click on this. 4) Scroll to find the challenge of the day....looking for today's date.
