This is my first entery. I joined yesterday and I'm overwhelmed by all the information on this site. If you read this could you give me a list of the top 5 area's you visit the most on sparkpeople??? Or if you have simple tips and would like to share what you like most about the site I woudl be glad to hear it!!!
Anyhooo- Hi everyone! I'm an elementary art teacher. Ever since college the scale has been going up once in awhile I get a health kick and lose a couple lbs here and there but those pesky little guys came back. I'm trying to be more dedicated abouta healthy lifestyle and I'm hoping this site helps me out.
I usually have a tough time with will power. After a long day of teaching and a pounding head sometimes I just grab and eat and all of a sudden I look up and everything in my path is GONE! This has got to stop--- or I need to stock my house with all healthy snacks so it dosn't matter what I eat! I don't know but I hope to figure a better lifestyle out.
Sooooo I got out of school early today and had to get my oil changed in my car. Fortunatly the place where I take my car to is conveniently placed next to the shopping mall! This is great! I can get my shopping out of the way and I don't have to sit in the greasy fix-it shop for hours. This can be dangerous though; I have had many expensive oilchanges in the past. Well.... let me get back on track. When I was shopping there were so many of those cute sweater dresses on sale and I would love to wear one with some leggings and boots. How cute! Well I tried on about 20 and of course my belly was protruding! Yuck! If I can only lose 10 lbs my stomach would be flatter and they would be so cute! So my new goal that is being added to my list is to flatten my stomach for some cute dresses. We'll see what happens!
