Welcome to the Team and to SparkPeople. There are a lot of people here to keep you motivated and a lot of information to help you lose weight. Start slow and slowly work your way to doing more exercises. Try to strive for 1-2lbs per week. If you lose more, that great. Remember, it took you along time to put the weight on so don't expect to lose it quickly. Don't get discouraged. You can do it. I've lost 9lbs so far. It may not seem like much, But I can fit into a pair of pants that were extremely tight before. Good luck. We are all here to help you stay motivated.
