Welcome to you both. What's great is that you can do 5 minutes, then move on to the 10 minutes, then gradually get to the 30 minutes and also try the 10k steps. emoticon

Hi - Welcome! That's why I joined this group. I can do 5 minutes, at least. Now I do that 5 minutes a few times a day. This site is addicting. I don't track like I should. But at least I keep trying.

I'm Amanda. I'm a 33 year old mom of 4 and I'm in SC. Hear to get some support. I figure if I can just start with 5 to 15 minutes of fitness everyday I could make it a habit and work up from there. That is why the name of this group caugt my interest.
