Right! We had a pancake/sausage stick this morning (lol)and that's not on there, either. So sometimes I add what I can then top some calories onto that in my head or try to find something comparable on-line. Which takes LONGER!

I know, I hate it when I can't find the calories to something. I spent forever the other night trying to find the calorie count of Iggy's cajun pasta...I still have no idea.

The only thing that seems to take awhile is adding the meals. I don't plan mine ahead and usually eat breakfast and lunch at the school because they have a really good menu and salad bar so unless they are having something pretty generic, I have to search for the closest match I can find on the meal tracker.

I'm with ya!! I'm making myself get on here very morning and evening to get in the habit and routine. Once I'm here I wonder why I don't do it more often!! Great people and wonderful tools! Taking this on in December I believe puts us in more of a position to be successful than joining the New Years bandwagon. You gotta want it this time of year!!

Thanks! I've enrolled in a Zumba class but it's only on Mondays and Tuesdays so I need to get back into working out as soon as I get home from work the rest of the week! I am NOT a morning person. One of my goals is to start getting up at a decent time so I don't have to rush. That hasn't gotten far either....... Grrrr

Me too! I have been in a funk for a few weeks, but this morning I told myself I could not do anything until my workout was done. I made myself do 15 min of intense circuit training. It's one step in the right direction.... Good luck kicking it in gear, you can do it! emoticon

I've been on Spark for about 2 years. Really started kicking it in the butt earlier this year and over the summer but have started slacking since school started (I work in the office) and the weather has gotten colder. I'm needing another kick start now!
