Just keep it...even though you don't feel like it. Because when you step on the scale, you can say it was worth it.

I am very much that way. I have a week where I feel miserable and then the actual week so I'm not quite myself. I am more than tired of it. The only day I take off from actually working out is the day I "start", but they aren't my best workouts. I can't tell you how fabulous I feel the week after!! emoticon

I'm glad I don't have to worry about that any more. But when I did, I still did my walking. But every person's body is different.

I went through about a 2 week slump around my time of the month, but I'm back on the downward trend. I noticed my motivation to move was lower during that 2 weeks. I'll have to prepare in advance for my next cycle.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. Now I'm just trying to keep my weight up so I don't hit the bottom of my BMI which is 104 lbs. My maintenance range is 110 to 120.

We are all going to have a ups and downs on the weight. It's really not worth getting upset over. There are many factors involved in regards what you are eating, how much you worked out and so on.....

As long as you continue working out and burning calories, you be surprised and all of sudden you will see a drop in your weight. emoticon

I'm in an awful slump too and watching the scale move up and up and up. I have decided I am more tired of beating myself up than anything. How awful we treat ourselves. Worse than we would ever treat anyone else. Hang in there!! I have to believe this is all just part of the process and we have to get back on as soon as we can!
