My suggestion would be to click on the tabs at the very top then go to each tab from the drop down menu.

Set up your "Spark Page" and read the info for each tab, it is extremely user friendly. If you have specific questions just ask, someone is sure to help you out..

I joined SparkPeople yesterday. I am still trying to find my way around. I would really like a buddy to guide me through the web-site. I am from South Central PA and am hoping to lose 50 pounds overall. I have struggled with the same 5 pounds for the last five years. Any help would be much appreciated.
