You know I feel like that too. You take care of everybody and everything you forget about yourself. Like me I exercise eat right Monday-Friday then when the weekend comes I don't want to exercise and on top of that I get these crazy eating habits. I crave for things I haven't eaten in years. Why I can't stay focus Monday-Sunday. But with time it has gotten better but not completely. You just have to hang in there and take it one day at a time. But now I am making myself more accountable for the things I do. I guess it takes time to learn myself. One day we will hit homeruns. emoticon

Why is it that I seem to only be able to concentrate on one thing at a time? (and eating right seems to be something I have to concentrate on) As soon as life throws a curve ball I stop tracking and trying. My daughter gets put in the hospital, that means I eat fast food. I am busy at work... don't pack a lunch and grab a pop on my way in....
