Hi everyone. I just started on this journey yesterday. I have tried so many diets and things to get my weight down and I have not been able to stick to anything consistently. I weighed in at 216 yesterday and this morning I had already lost 1.5 lbs. I really need the motivation to keep going to reach my goal of 145 by this time next year.
