Hello, I am 35 so we are close in age. I can't imagine having so many children. They have to run you ragged. Just try to focus on you that may be difficult but probably the first step. I'm here for ya.
Hello, I am a 36 yr old mother of 5 (4boys and 1girl). I also have 3 step children (2boys and 1girl).
I have a goal of losing about 27 lbs by christmas. I want to do this the most healthy way possible while at the same time become more active.
I enjoy being outside in the yard doing gardens. I do enjoy walking but just never seem to have the get up and go.
I am a stay at home mom and all the children are in school full time so there are no excuses for not exercising more and on a regular basis.
I am looking for positive feed back and advice to help me get to my goal weight and to become more active.
