Congratulations on taking the first step! I too need to get more action into my life - aerobic workouts are the greatest need. Small steps and this great site should make a bitg difference.

Hello team. I'm both new to the team and SP. I found myself thinking as to why I sit on the couch more often than anything else, and figured it was time for a change. So, I'm challenging myself to get active, get healthy, and use that energy more towards my college degree.
