Hi there, I'm Roxana, I'm new to this team but not to SparkPeople...I joined SparkPeople back in 2006, fell off it for a while, then started again this year when my sister started doing it. I haven't done much with the community side of the site, sticking mostly to using it as a calorie/fitness/goal tracker, but after attending the Spark Your Life convention this weekend in San Diego, I'm kind of trying to get more sociable here. :)
I like the idea of daily little challenges to keep me motivated and consistent, as my main problem with weight loss/fitness is that I get all gung ho for a few days, then lose steam.
I'm looking forward to this! :)
