I'm new to SP and ready to start working toward better health and fitness. I've collected many of Joyce's DVDs over the years but never could stick with a routine long enough to see results. I'm ready now and excited about getting started. I'm using some of her shorter workouts to begin with until I can get back into a routine of working out 5 - 6 days per week. When I am stronger, I'll move on to some of her longer ones. I'm glad to be here and hope to see more activity in this group. How about the fall challenge? Anybody up for it?
Hello! Nice to meet you! I read "Eat To Trim" a year ago from a library while on a holiday vacation. I really liked the exercises in it. However, the vacation ended and I had to return the book to the library. Well, when I found your Sparkteam, I thought I would join and try to save up for a used copy from Amazon.
I am new to the team - I found it by asking a question about Joyce Vedral Workouts - can anyone tell me how you find out Calories burned from a workout? I enjoy the Weight Training Made Easier Workout and have used it off and on for several years. Today is day #1 at this routine once again and with SP help, I will keep at the routine!

Team I am glad I find this team I am so excited about doing Joyce Vedrals dvd's I am so needed to lose an 100 pounds for knee replacement surgery I had order her 6 DVD's package deal Sexy Summer Quick Start I started on the challenge she suggested on her website with using each one of her dvd's each day for 6 days out of the week for 2 weeks I been doing it now for 4 days I have already lose some inches I may not can do all of her exercises because of my bad knees but I can do most of them and I feel great.

Hi, I'm Snow! I've been on Spark for years and have lost and regained 80 pounds. I have PCOS and I'm fighting my way back down again. I used JV Fat Burning Workout to quickly lose in the past after my pregnancies. I have 4 more pounds to lose then I'm going to ramp up my exercise program and do mostly JVs programs and a little cardio. I'm thinking of trying the Bottoms Up workout this time. I have the book. I have also done the Definition and the Swim Suit Workouts. The Definition was my favorite. I thought I would do the Bottoms Up for as long as I could stand it and then switch back to Definition.

Welcome to the group! I love Joyce, and swear by her workouts. I went through menopause over 10 years ago due to medical issues. I started doing Joyce's "weight Training made easy" workout, and a few years after I started doing the workout I had a bone density test done. This was about 7 years AFTER I went through menopause and had a hysterectomy. (same year). I have not taken a single hormone pill ever.... And the doctor was amazed to report that my bone density equaled that of a 23 year old.
so I am thrilled to see you get started. Don't worry about it, just keep going, you'll be amazed at how great you feel!!!!

Hi! I'm rejoining the team under a new user name. I love Joyce! When I get back from vacation, I'm going to start doing Bottoms Up Gold and see what kind of results I get. I'm very inconsistent, but my goal is to stick with it for 4 weeks and then change it up again.
